Denver Texpats is very happy: 2020 has finally (maybe) prepared a gift for you between two buns.
Whataburger-for the unknown Coloradans, the vernacular of Texas’ “favorite fast food”-has just announced the launch of its food truck, “the most advanced masterpiece in orange and white”, to the company’s release.
This 36-foot-tall mobile device has the burger-making capabilities of ordinary Whataburger retail stores. What exactly is Whataburger?
This is the description of my colleague Tiney Ricciardi:
“Whataburger is everything you need for fast food burgers and fries you want, without excess fat and inside. Since many venues are open 24 hours, you can make the perfect beer sponge when you crave it. This meal It’s humble and delicious, just like Texas. I will add that this is the largest state in the United States.”
As this news is great for 2020, the truck will go on a multi-state tour in 2021, first parking in 10 existing states in Whataburger in the southern United States. (None of it is Colorado.)
But Colorado is hopeful: “As the brand expands into new markets, trucks will bring new locations and fans a taste of what is coming,” the company said.
The Denver Post has contacted Whataburger and is awaiting a response on the expected date. Colorado will stop its world tour.
