Samsung welcomes some surprise guests to join this week’s “Unpacked” event, which introduces five new products to Samsung’s Galaxy device kit. This electronic brand found a buddy in the BTS (BTS) to help launch Samsung’s new smartphone-Galaxy Z Fold2.
The foldable phone is Samsung’s third foldable phone after the Galaxy Fold (which can be unlocked at BestBuy) and the compact Galaxy Z Flip. Although BTS did not attend the event in person, it did appear through a short video, which showed RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook unboxing the new device and testing its functions.
Samsung has been pursuing the “foldable” category in the field of mobile devices for several years (not to be confused with Motorola’s recent re-release of its popular Razr flip phone), while the Galaxy Z Fold2 has an almost seamless design when opened, with almost no bezels Edge to edge display. When folded, it is a pocket-sized phone; when opened, it is basically a 7.6-inch portable tablet (RM will immediately draw attention).
Guys can also test the camera in the box clip and choose J-Hope as a due diligence model. Samsung has not announced the exact camera specifications of the new phone, but it is expected to be consistent with the recently released Galaxy Note 20. This will equip the phone with a 64MP lens, a 12MP main sensor and a 12MP ultra-high-definition lens. Wide sensor. As Tai Heng showed in the unboxing clip (to the delight of Hu Shuo), it also has a very powerful zoom function when taking pictures and zooming in on the screen.
BTS unboxed the “Mysterious Bronze” version of the device (you will hear RM say 0:14 in the clip); Samsung will also launch the “Mystic Black” version and cooperate with American fashion designer Thom Browne for a limited edition.
The price of the Galaxy Z Fold2 has not been announced, but it is expected that the price will be slightly lower than the original Galaxy Fold’s 1,980 dollars. The brand said that full specifications and price details will be announced in September, but fans of BTS and Samsung can now pre-order the phone on Samsung.com.
