A representative of Tiger Woods said on Friday that after follow-up procedures for the injuries caused by the rollover accident, Tiger Woods is “recovering and regaining spirit.”
A tweet from TGR Ventures, an organization founded by Woods, said these procedures were successful.
The statement said: “Tiger and his family would like to thank you for the excellent support and information you have received in the past few days.”
Woods, 45, crashed near Rancho Palos Verdes in southwest Los Angeles County on Tuesday morning, with a broken leg and other injuries.
The chief medical officer of the Harbour-UCLA Medical Center said he put a rod on his leg and used pins and screws to stabilize the foot and ankle injuries. Woods was later transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
