Wichita, Kansas (KWCH)-The Wichita Police Department arrested Ken Thomas, 62, of Wichita on two charges of felony.
The police department said that around 10:35 pm on Friday, the police responded to the shooting in the 2300 block of North Broadway.
Officials said that upon arrival, they found a 19-year-old man who was hit by a bullet that appeared to be a bullet gun in his hand and torso. The man was taken to the district hospital for treatment, not life-threatening.

Investigations revealed that the two victims entered the Treatco factory in the 2300 block of North Broadway when the owner of the property, Thomas, approached them. According to officials, Thomas shot the male with a bullet gun several times and hit the male.
The officer said they contacted Thomas at the Treatco property and he was not arrested. Shotguns were also found.
The investigation is still ongoing and the case will be submitted to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office.
