The Hubble telescope visited again reveals the Veil Nebula in detail

This reprocessed Hubble Veil Nebula image shows the fine details of its structure.

The Hubble Space Telescope reveals the universe in amazing detail in its space Thirty years of service. The telescope modified the line of sight of the Veil Nebula (supernova remnant) to reveal structural details that were previously invisible.

The veil is 2,1

00 light-years from the Earth in the constellation Cygnus Cygnus. This was the theme of the Hubble Imaging release in 2015, but the new look highlights what the European Space Agency (ESA) called the “fine threads of nebulae and filaments of ionized gas” in a statement this week.

Initially, the changes between the two image versions may seem subtle, but what is pleasing is the details. ESA said: “The new post-treatment method further enhances the emission details of double ionized oxygen (shown in blue here), ionized hydrogen and ionized nitrogen (shown in red here).”

ESA and NASA jointly operate the Hubble Telescope. NASA also shared the new look of the veil on Friday.

The Hubble telescope image shows only part of an interesting space region that was once home to a huge star that died in a massive explosion. Nebula is a tribute to the consequences.
