The iPhone 12 mini will not be available for pre-order until next week, but YouTubers managed to start using it as soon as possible. This video provides our first real observation of the iPhone 12 mini, its new 5.4-inch display and a comparison with other iPhone models.
The 40-minute video from Romanian YouTuber George Buhnici was the first time we watched the iPhone 12 mini outside of the Apple special event earlier this month. The device will not be available for booking until November 6, and the first orders will not arrive until November 13. We hope that early news reviews will be released sometime between these two dates.

Unfortunately, due to jumping back and forth between topics, and because Buhnici speaks Romanian, this video can be difficult to follow. Nonetheless, this is still our first and only object of attention in the real world before the full review and release of the device.
The iPhone 12 mini has a 5.4-inch display, and its feature set is almost the same as the 6.1-inch iPhone 12. In fact, Apple touts that the iPhone 12 mini has a much larger screen than the 4.7-inch iPhone. SE, but due to its edge-to-edge design, it is actually physically smaller. The resolution of the iPhone 12 mini display is 2340×1080, which is equivalent to 476 pixels per inch.
