Dallas (CBSDFW/AP) – Federal authorities have accused a former Southwest Airlines pilot of improper exposure during a flight last August.
A one-page document from the Federal District Court of Maryland shows that Michael Haak was the captain on the plane from Philadelphia to Orlando, Florida.

According to documents dated Friday, Huck began, continued and ended his genital exposure during flight 6607 on August 10. The document did not indicate the situation, it may be an eyewitness.

It is impossible to determine whether Haak has a lawyer.
A Southwest spokeswoman said that Huck left the airline before the company was aware of the incident. She said that since learning about this, Southwest Airlines has cooperated with investigators.
