SEATTLE – It had been 12 days since Shohei Ohtani had last taken the hill, but on Sunday afternoon he showed little rust against the Mariners, allowing two runs over six plus innings while the Angels rolled in Win 8-2 to secure a serial victory against their division rival at Safeco Field.

Ohtani threw 98 games and took the Angels forward, 6-2, worn by a trio of Homeruns Zack Cozart Chris Young and Mike Trout . With the victory, the Angels improved to 21-13 overall and 13-3 on the road, the best mark in the majors this season.

Ohtani had set against the Orioles on Tuesday, but the Angels decided to postpone his start after He suffered a slight ankle sprain on April 27 when he tried to hit a grounder against the Yankees.  Despite the dismissal, Ohtani looked keen from the start and only needed 11 spaces to make a 1-2-3 first inning. He received early support from Cozart and Young, who both launched solo home runs by Mariner's Ace Felix Hernandez in the second.

Ohtani Streaked Nelson Cruz Rocked on Three Rope Lengths to Start the Second Kyle Seager chose the afternoon for the Mariner's first hit. After shuffling with an ugly splinter Mitch Haniger Ohtani Healy sent a four-stage run to put the runners in first and second place with two outs.

Gamel was initially considered safe, but the Angels were able to successfully contest the call after the replay showed he was on his Chute came out of the bag and Cozart selected him for the final inning.

It was Trout's 12th home run of the season that linked him to Rangers Joey Gallo for second place in the American League.

The Angels will be on Tuesday at 17:40 a day before the opening of a Two-game Interleague game against the Rockies delight PT at Coors Field. Left-Handed Andrew Heaney Launches Against the Right-Hander Jon Gray in the opening game of the series. Heaney threw six seasonal innings and allowed a run in his last outing against the Orioles on Wednesday. The Angels are 11-2 all times at Coors Field and have won eight consecutive games there in 2001.
