San Diego police officers investigate a shoot-out in East Village that injured five people, police said.
Initial reports indicate that there may have been two shooting ranges – near the streets of 15th Street and J Street Avenue. None of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries, the police said.
A witness told the officers that there were two gunmen who had last run east on Island Avenue near 19th Street
of 18 and 25. They said a man was with a black gun armed. He wore gloves and was about 6 feet 2 inches tall. The other man wore a pullover sweatshirt with blue or white squares on the front.
Other witnesses described at least two vehicles being seen driving away from the area.
The area was quickly flooded with officers and several downtown streets
