After a “security incident” on Thursday morning angered the road to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL), the section of road has been reopened.
The airport said in a statement on Twitter: “The entrance road to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) has been reopened, and all traffic has been opened at terminals 2 and 3. After an earlier security incident outside the building, operations gradually returned to normal.” “Please bet the patient, because FLL employees, including TSA and CPB personnel, will be allowed to return to the airport to resume operations.”
While investigating outside Terminals 2 and 3, the police closed all entrances to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) early on Thursday morning. A notice posted on the airport’s Twitter account informed that passengers might be disturbed at 4:35 am local time.
Airport representatives will not confirm the reason for the investigation.
At the same time, travelers outside of our FLL said on Twitter that they encountered traffic and flight delays during the investigation.
