Reuben Foster of San Francisco 49ers does not plead guilty

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster has filed charges on Tuesday, February 11, for three crimes, including domestic violence, over an incident with his ex-girlfriend.

The pre-trial is scheduled for May 17

In Foster's case, there is another hearing for Friday, which relates to a summons for evidence. Foster was excused from appearing on Friday, and this hearing could not take place at all if evidence is presented on both sides.

Foster Accused of Domestic Violence and Forcibly Attempting to Prevent a Victim from Reporting a Crime

These charges were filed on April 12. The Santa Clara County District Attorney's first statement of accounts on February 1

1 alleged that Foster was dragging Elissa Ennis – his former girlfriend hit her hair eight to ten times by the hair and physically pulled her out of the house. From there, the district attorney's office said that Ennis was showing a passing car in front of a Los Gatos house. Ennis's injuries included a ruptured eardrum that required a visit to the hospital.

Last month, Ennis revoked allegations of domestic violence against Foster and said she had a video of herself in an altercation with another woman; Ennis said in a statement that during this altercation she suffered injuries that led to a hospital visit. This video was handed to the prosecutor.
