It looks like there will be no snacks in Seattle in the new year.
NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero reported that the defensive tackle Damon Harrison has asked the Seahawks to release him. Harrison made a request after learning that he would be inactive in Sunday’s game against the Rams.
According to the report, the Seahawks hope Harrison will change, but if not, they will agree to his request this week. If Harrison is removed from the list, he will continue to be exempt.
Harrison signed with the Seahawks in October. He has made 9 tackles and was forced to fall in six games this season.
