Real-time update: Prince Philip’s funeral: The Duke of Edinburgh will take a rest at the royal ceremony

It is a dull day for the British royal family, British people and supporters all over the world. Prince Philip will lie down in St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle and rest in just a few hours.

Queen Elizabeth II’s 73-year-old husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, died on April 9. He was 99 years old.

The ceremonial royal funeral is expected to be a low-key gift for Philip, who is the longest-serving royal residence in British history. The codename of the ceremony was “Forth Forth Bridge Operation” and it was limited to 30 participants, but this service was an event that the Duke of Edinburgh participated in before his approval.

The Queen will live with her four children shared with Prince Philip (Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward) and Charles̵
