A Mickey cape baseball card was sold at a high price.
Entrepreneur and actor Rob Gough bought the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle for $5.2 million. The card was rated Mint 9 by PSA and is one of only six PSA 9 1952 Mickey Mantle cards in the world.

“According to our research, this is the most beautiful 1952 Topps Mantle PSA 9 in existence,” PWCC business development director Jesse Craig said in a press release.
Gough bought the streetwear brand DOPE in 2017 and starred in the movies “Billionaire Boys Club”, “Forgiveness” and “Mom and Dad”.
According to Indy Star, Gough has purchased PSA 5 and PSA 6 Mickey cloak cards from 1952.

This purchase broke the record for sports cards. The 2009 Bowman Chrome Chrome Draft Prospects Superfactor BSF 9 Mike Trout was sold in August for $3.93 million.
