President Trump’s statement on signing the COVID Relief Act

President Trump issued the following statement after signing the Comprehensive Government Expenditure and COVID-19 Relief Act:

As the President of the United States, I have a responsibility to protect our people from the economic damage and hardship caused by the Chinese virus.

I learned that many small businesses have been forced to close down due to severe actions taken by the Democratic-controlled countries. Many people returned to work, but my work was not completed until everyone returned to work.

Fortunately, thanks to my cooperation with Congress that passed the CARES Act earlier this year, we avoided another Great Depression. Under my leadership, Project Warp Speed has achieved great success. My government and I have formulated the wildest expected vaccines many years in advance, and we are distributing these and other vaccines that will be launched to millions of people. .

As President, I have told Congress that I hope to waste much less money, and the more money to be given to Americans is $2,000 per adult and $600 per child.

As the President, I asked for many revocations under the Prohibition Control Act of 1

974. The law stipulates: “As long as the president determines that all or part of any budget authorization is not required, he can execute all the goals or scope of the plan or due to fiscal policy or other reasons (including termination of authorized projects or activities for which budget authorization is provided) To cancel the budget authorization, the president should greet the two houses of Congress, explaining the amount reserved, related explanations, the reasons for the cancellation, and the economic impact of the cancellation. 2 USC 683.

I will sign the Omnibus and Covid packaging with a strong message to make it clear to Congress that wasteful items need to be removed. I will send the red-lined version back to Congress item by item, with a formal request for revocation of Congress, which insists on removing these funds from the bill.

I am signing the bill to restore unemployment benefits, stop evictions, provide rental assistance, increase funding for PPP, return our airline staff to work, add more money for vaccine distribution, etc.

On Monday, the House of Representatives voted to increase payments to individuals from $600 to $2,000. Therefore, a family of four will receive $5,200. In addition, Congress has promised to review section 230 (which will unfairly benefit big technology and harm the interests of the American people) and terminate or substantially reform it.

Likewise, the House of Representatives and Senate have agreed to focus on the very serious voter fraud that occurred during the November 3 presidential election.

The Senate will begin the voting process, increase the check to $2,000, repeal Section 230, and begin investigating voter fraud.

Big technology must not be protected by Article 230!

Voter fraud must be resolved!

There will be more money to come. I will never give up fighting for the American people!
