The man got out of the car with a gun and got into Noble’s car.
Noble got out of the car and started driving south on the highway.
The police said that the gunman chased and started shooting, hitting Noble and a bystander sitting in the car.
Both men were taken to the hospital and the bystander is expected to survive.
