Philadelphia police are looking for a man in the Macy’s department store in the central city, accusing him of raping a woman.
Police said the unidentified man sexually assaulted a woman in the bathroom of Macy’s at 1300 Walnut Street at around 11:30 am on Sunday.
The suspect then left the store on foot and boarded the SEPTA Market Frankford Line train on 13th and Market Street around 11:45 in the morning. He was last seen from SEPTA on 52nd and Market Street at 11:54 AM on Sunday.
The suspect was described as a thin man in his 20s. Before he disappeared, he wore a surgical mask, a black hoodie, black pants with white stripes on his left leg, white black sneakers around the soles, a three-quarter length coat (with a hood) and white text on his left shoulder. One may have four button sleeves.
