Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G
Apple’s new iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro are excellent phones, but some people prefer Android devices.
If you want to upgrade but don’t want the iPhone 12, you should take a look at the three very good Android phones released recently. They all include 5G like the new iPhone, so you can face the future. If you plan to continue using your phone in the next few years, please choose yourself. They also have sturdy cameras. And they are all cheaper than the standard iPhone 1
Samsung Galaxy FE 5G
Samsung’s Galaxy FE was released earlier this month. It offers many features in Samsung’s more expensive flagship phones, but starts at $699 instead of $999 like the Galaxy S20 phones. It is made of aluminum and plastic-this is where Samsung is cutting costs-but it still has a high-end Qualcomm 865 processor, a clear and colorful screen and is waterproof. And, just like the iPhone 12, it has a variety of colors to choose from, such as red, blue, purple and green.
It also has some features that the iPhone 12 does not. For example, it is equipped with a high refresh rate display, which is smoother than the display on the iPhone 12 when scrolling through websites or Twitter. It also has a fingerprint reader under the screen, which is useful for unlocking the phone while wearing a mask (which can make facial recognition unlocking more difficult, such as Apple’s FaceID). I like that it has a microSD card, so I can expand the storage space to download more movies and games.
Google Pixel 5
The Google Pixel 5 is priced at $699, which is a good choice if you want a phone that is not too big and easy to use with one hand. I really like the colorful screen, excellent camera and long battery life. Despite the mid-range Qualcomm processor, it still feels very fast.
That’s because Google has done a lot of work on optimizing software. It has a fingerprint reader on the back-very useful when wearing a mask again-and can do some of the things the iPhone 12 can do, such as portrait photos in night mode. I also really like the soft aluminum body, which will not stain fingerprints, and Google sells a unique green color.
Finally, the Pixel 5 has some Google proprietary features that I like, while other Android phones do not. For example, a voice recorder application will automatically record interviews as text. It can detect whether you are in a car accident and automatically dial 911. It also has an excellent spam call screening function.
OnePlus became a company that sold affordable phones with flagship specifications. In recent years, its price has started to climb, but the OnePlus 8T has returned to the original model, offering high-end specifications in a phone that starts at just $749.
OnePlus phones are also known as super fast, and OnePlus 8T fulfills this promise.
It has a colorful and high-quality metal and glass design, such as the iPhone 12, plus a unique feature I really tapped: it can be fully charged in 39 minutes, faster than any other phone I have tested. iPhone 12 is charged to 50% in about half an hour. However, you don’t get wireless charging or any certified waterproof level. These are two things I want to have.
Like Galaxy FE, it has a fingerprint reader that works well and is hidden in the screen. The camera is good enough, but I prefer the pictures of Pixel 5 and Galaxy FE. However, you can still use wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle, and macro lenses to take many different types of photos, from landscape shots to true close-up shots.
