Universal Orlando Resort sends feedback surveys via email to guests who have recently visited the park. We received a survey about Universal Studios Florida on the most recent day.
The survey asked guests to rate their personality experience, attractions, waiting time, cleanliness and food.
Then ask the guests whether they agree with the statement about Universal Studios Florida, especially the question, whether they agree to have enough activities in the theme park.
The survey will ask team members, weather and crowds, and then ask guests to rate specific attractions.
The survey also involves shopping and whether customers buy goods.
It asks for information about Wi-Fi connections and the use of the Universal Orlando mobile app in the park.
After asking which entrance we used for the park, the survey made us laugh…
We were asked if we have visited Walt Disney World in the past two years and how we compare our experience with Universal Studios Orlando.
Finally, the survey asked about the preventive measures related to the coronavirus in the park and how we evaluate them.
