The successor of the Green Bay Packers, Davante Adams, has officially become the newest member of the “99 Club”. The members of the club are all virtual players with a total score of 99 in the “Madden NFL” video game series.
Teammate Aaron Rodgers welcomes Adams into the club through the video above.
“It’s time,” Rogers said. “Finally got what I deserved, my man.”
“One-seventh officially entered the 99 club,” Adams said.
Adams joined Los Angeles Rams defensive rebounder Aaron Donald, Carolina Panthers (Christian McCaffrey), Arizona Cardinals receiver DeAndre Hopkin DeAndre Hopkins, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahoms, New England Patriots guard Stephen Gilmore and Chiefs̵
Adams has a total of 94 shots this season. He has been improved a bit in five different times, and was recently raised to 98 in Week 13.
In just 13 games this season, Adams has 109 catches, 1,328 passes, and the NFL’s highest 17 touchdowns. On Sunday, he scored three more touchdown passes against the Tennessee Giants.
The honor includes a “99” necklace.
“I think the color of the necklace is the same as the color of the jacket you are wearing here about ten years later. I hope you like this color because it looks great.” Rogers said, referring to Adams becoming a professional football hall of fame potential.
Rogers joined the “99 Club” in the 2018 season.
Adams said: “I have put a lot of effort into this, so I am very happy that it has paid off, and I am also very happy that it has been recognized.”
The boxer currently has five players with an overall score of 90 or higher: Adams (99), left tackle David Bakhtiari (96), Rogers (95), cornerback Jay Alexander (93) ) And guard Aaron Jones (90).
