CHICAGO – The transport center of Ogilvie was partially evacuated when the police investigated a "suspicious item" on the platform.
At 10:00 am on Dec. 5, crew members reported at Level 2 Hazmat at W Madison Street Station
The Chicago police say that the answer is an unattended piece of luggage near the end of the platform the entrance to the "shopping center" is left behind.
The first and second floors of the building were evacuated.
The Chicago Police Department bomb and fire detection unit is currently on the scene.
According to Metra, all UP trains were stopped from entering or leaving the Ogilvie Transportation Center.
