Nintendo Announces Attendees for the Super Smash Bros. Invitational 2018 Tournament

He is the GENESIS 2 Single Champion and the GENESIS 4 Double Champion. His deadly accuracy with Pits light arrows has earned him the nickname "Swedish Sniper".

Abadango – A professional Super Smash Bros. for Wii U player from Japan and is considered one of the best Mewtwo players in the world. His favorite Nintendo franchise is the Xenoblade series. His hobbies include anime and reading. He was runner-up at EVO Japan 2018. He also took a place among the top five at EVO 2016 and GENESIS 4.

Plup – A Pro Super Smash Bros. Melee player from Florida and known as the best Samus in the world. His favorite Nintendo game is Super Metroid and his favorite Nintendo store beats Super Metroid for the first time. He was the champion of GENESIS 5.

Mr. R – A pro Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Players from the Netherlands are just waiting to unleash their world-famous Sheik. His favorite Nintendo game is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time . His hobbies include reading manga and traveling. He was the runner-up of EVO 2015. He is undoubtedly the best player in Europe and currently dominates the continental tournament scene.

Lucky – A Professional Super Smash Bros. Melee California player and known as one of the best Fox networks on the West Coast. His favorite Nintendo game is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time . He was ranked fifth in EVO 2017 and GENESIS 5 in the top five.

Mang0 – A Pro Super Smash Bros. Melee California player and currently # 1 in the SoCal Melee Power Rankings [19659013]. His favorite Nintendo game is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe . He was the champion at EVO 2014.

Each of these champions will play the game for the first time at this event on the Nintendo Switch system. Engage when Nintendo launches its E3 celebration with two days of adrenaline, starting with the Splatoon 2 World Championship tournament on Monday, June 11, starting at 3:30 pm. until 6 pm PT.
