Missing child found naked and uninjured in Oregon forests; Dad arrested, police said

A child who disappeared on Thursday was found hours later, naked and uninjured, in the forest in Oregon, and his father was arrested for leaving his son alone, police said.
Bradley Thomas, a 1-year-old boy found by the police after being left in the woods in Deschutes County, reported the Oregonian. The boy's father, Brandon M. Blouin, 25, of Belpre, Ohio, was arrested after being accused of leaving his child alone in the woods

Police suspect That the father was on drugs when he was looking for the boy's mother in the woods. Blouin was in an SUV with mother and child when the woman, an unknown 18-year-old woman, left. Blouin took the baby while he was looking for the woman, but put it down and left Bradley alone and naked in the forest. “/>

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office used helicopters, officers on horseback, and drones to find the child until a detective found the baby in the dirt, about a mile from the Place away where Blouin was located. The child was wrapped in a sheriff jacket to stay warm.

Blouin was convicted for "criminal ill-treatment, child neglect, endangering a minor's well-being, and bodily injury." The child's mother is not charged.
The sheriff's office has asked someone in baby clothes, toys, or blankets to deliver it to Bradley Station.
