According to a report, Michigan investigators reported that a second body was found in a house in the Detroit area. A woman was found dead and her husband was seriously injured.
Detroit FOX 2 police said that the third person was a man, but did not disclose more details about his identity.
According to reports, on Wednesday morning, 77-year-old Maria Ortega was fatally stabbed at her home in Garden City. Her husband, Juan, 77, was found to be hospitalized after being injured.
Investigators said that the third person whose body was later found was related to the couple.

Investigators said that the Chevrolet Equinox parked in the driveway was registered with a family member who did not live at home, but neither the police nor family members said whether the owner of the vehicle was related to the death.
Investigations by crime scene investigators led by the Garden City Police and Michigan State Police are continuing.
