Legal experts believe that the rejection of Mary-Kate OLsen’s urgent divorce application is “very public information”
In a statement to Fox News at the time, a New York court spokesperson said: “At present, we only accept necessary urgent matters.” “The original document was rejected by the New York County Clerk’s Office because they did not follow the basic matter procedures.
The statement continued: “They resubmitted it in accordance with the basic matter procedure, and the matter has been transferred to a unilateral judge of the New York State Supreme Court judge.” “He believes that this is not an essential matter, so they cannot make any demands at this time.”
According to reports, Olsen claimed that Sarkozy terminated the lease of their shared New York City apartment and sent a notice to Olsen asking her to evacuate before May 18, so she is seeking to speed up the process.
