“This is not the best choice,” Truxx Jr. said at the pre-match media conference. “It’s not what you want. I don’t know. We will see. This year we have done a lot of things. That’s it. We will handle it. Fortunately, there are many lanes in this place. It works. You just need to go to places that don’t belong to them and remove them one by one.”
Truex entered the 8th round and won the 4th championship in each of the past three seasons. He entered Sunday’s game and scored 10 points lower in the playoffs. In 24 professional games in Kansas, Truex won two victories, including 11 times in the top 10, with an average score of 13.4.
The No. 53 Ford driven by James Davison will also fall to the rear due to two failed inspections. The Rick Ware Racing entry was originally scheduled for 33rd place.
