Logitech introduced the Ergo M575, which is a wireless trackball with a completely different design from the iconic M570 model, but with improved ergonomics and borrowed some good features from the high-end MX Ergo. The most important new feature is Bluetooth LE support, which allows you to use the M570 on an iPad, MacBook, or PC that may not have a USB Type A port. However, if you have this port, you can also use it on a 2.4Ghz wireless network with the dongle provided.
In appearance, M575 is similar to M570, with an ergonomic curved shape, a trackball on the thumb, left and right buttons, a scroll wheel and two programmable buttons. However, the new model has a fine ridge on the palm rest, which is said to give you better grip. Logitech said that the new model is more comfortable to use when extended for long periods of time and is expected to reduce possible hand cramps caused by the trackball.
