County health officials announced on Wednesday that the sixth resident of Lewis and Clark County had died of COVID-19.
The health department said on Facebook: “The Lewis and Clark Department of Public Health regrets to announce the sixth COVID-19-related death of Lewis and Clark County residents.” “Our team expresses our deepest condolences to this person’s relatives. “
County health officials said they would not disclose any other details about the death.
The Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 Information Center showed that as of Wednesday, Lewis and Clark counties had 708 active cases, and 6 cases were being hospitalized.
Montana had a record 10122 active COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, and so far, 325 people have died of the disease across the state.
