Most of the projects here are familiar, but there are also some interesting tidbits.
For example, the display in Surface Pro 7+ for Business is now thinner (not the bezel, we are talking about depth). Microsoft uses the same display technology pioneered in Surface Pro X in Surface Pro 7+ for Business. result? Microsoft may use a larger 50.4 watt-hour battery. The previous Surface Pro 7 only had 43.2 watt-hours of power.
When combined with the 11th generation Intel processor, the performance is 2.1 times higher than the 10th generation of the Surface Pro 7. It is no wonder that the Surface Pro 7+ for Business received a 4.5-hour rated improvement. Even the rated time of the LTE version is 13.5 hours, which is 3 hours longer than the Surface Pro 7.
Microsoft also showed off some of their new packaging ideas for Surface Pro 7+ for Business. These ideas can reduce costs, reduce shipping weight, are more environmentally friendly, and make it easier to distribute devices to companies in larger quantities.
You can also see where the removable SSD door is and how it works in the video.
Finally, just like the previous Surface Pro with LTE, Microsoft only offers 4G LTE Advanced in the Core i5 model. The reason is that the Core i7 has a fan, while the Core i5 model does not have a fan. Microsoft placed the 4G LTE modem on the fan, thus saving space, which means that Microsoft does not need to redesign the 4G model.
Commercial and educational customers across selected markets in Asia, Europe and North America can order Surface Pro 7+ through their local resellers today, with shipments starting this weekend. The new 32GB/1TB option starts at US$899 and the highest is US$2800.
