Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan wants to have a second child with her husband Saif Ali Khan. She once said that she wants to have a daughter. Kareena and Saif are the parents of three-year-old Taimur.
In 2016, when she was pregnant with Taimur, Kareena talked about how people asked her if she knew she had a girl or a boy. She said there was no way to let them know that she would definitely like to have a daughter.
She said at an event of the Global Citizenship Organization: “Where I go these days, I only ask one question. I think this is very annoying, but there are still people asking me and Saif, whether it is a boy or a girl? Do you know what is the difference? I’m a girl and I want a girl to make a difference. Maybe I do more for my parents than my son.”
She added: “Not only for me or my children, but also millions of children. For everyone who thinks girls are considered taboo, girls are not considered equal to men, but you must know that women are The only soul who has the right to bring the soul into her body. That is indeed a delight.”
