The 49ers quarterback quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was not forced to withdraw from Sunday’s game in the first half, but he did not return from the locker room with other team members after a half-rest at MetLife Stadium .
Garoppolo injured his right ankle with a sack from Quinnen Williams early in the game and liked it all the time in the second half. When the 49ers entered the deciding game with a 21-3 lead, he still made 2 touchdown passes.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan told FOX Sports that the quarterback will get X-rays at halftime. They have officially excluded him, so the remaining time is the 49ers Nick Mullens.
Running back Raheem Mostert was also ruled out due to a knee injury.
As Nick Bosa and Solomon Thomas have been busy for a day, the news of injuries will not get worse for the 49ers.
