Jennifer Lopez is one of the hardest-working women in the industry, and on Wednesday The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she proved it. The 48-year-old entertainer and Fallon competed against each other to see who could better "dance fast" to slow seventies songs.
All of this was selected by The Roots & Questlove, who alternated abruptly with danceable jams with the best winner of the fastest dancer. In a tight red dress with sequins and a waist-high slit, J. Lo took the stage and danced to "Three Times a Lady" by Commodores and then to Richard Harris's "MacArthur Park."
On his demise, Fallon shimmied to "Babe" from Styx. Of course, the World of Dance judge proved that no matter which song was chosen, it could not be outdone!
Watch the epic dance piece, which also featured a hilarious duet.
ET met with Lopez and her friend Alex Rodriguez at the glamorous Met Gala on Monday, where they enjoyed their time together since their public debut.
Rodriguez called the year "fantastic." while Lopez agreed and said that it had been an "amazing year".
