Iowa hospitalization rate for COVID-19 is still declining

Iowa

(KWWL)-According to the state’s information center, there were 558 new confirmed cases from 1

0 am on Friday to 10 am on Saturday, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 335,963.

The state’s website said that of the 335,405 people who tested positive, 314,752 recovered. This is 974 more recalls than the state reported last Friday.

The state’s death toll is 5,470, which is 7 more than the death toll reported yesterday.

Subtracting the number of recoveries (314,752) and the number of deaths (5,470) from the total number of cases (335,405) indicates that the state currently has 15,183 positive cases.

As of Saturday morning, 36 patients had been hospitalized in Iowa in the last 24 hours. The total number of hospitalizations was 181, a decrease from 196 the day before. Among them, 43 are in the ICU (down from 46 to the present), and 18 are on ventilators (same as yesterday).

In Iowa, 2,780 people have been tested in the past 24 hours, and 1,555,815 people have been tested for COVID-19.

According to the state’s COVID-19 Vaccine Information Center, a total of 631,645 doses have been administered to residents of Iowa, and 160,634 individuals who completed the series, an increase of 5,252 doses from Friday. Heiying County

Starting at 10 am on Saturday, Black Hawk COVID-19 dashboard Since 10 am on Friday, 40 new cases have been shown, for a total of 15,888 cases. There are also 88 recovery rates, for a total of 14,096. Three more died, for a total of 290 deaths. In Blackhawk County, 5189 residents have been fully vaccinated.

Lin County

Starting at 10 am on Saturday, Lynn County COVID-19 dashboard Since 10 am on Friday, there have been 24 new cases, for a total of 19,385 cases. There are also 47 recovery rates, for a total of 17,711 recovery rates. Two other people died, and there were a total of 326 deaths in the county. There are currently 14 patients hospitalized in the county. In Linn County, 12,701 residents were fully vaccinated.

Johnson County

according to Country dashboard Starting at 10 am on Friday, Johnson County has reported 18 new positive cases at 10 am on Saturday. As a result, the total number of reported cases is 13,055. The total number of collections was 12,366, 28 more than the number reported yesterday. No one else died, and a total of 73 people died. In Johnson County, 13,393 residents were fully vaccinated.

Dublin County
