If you feel tired afterwards, it may be COVID

The research team created a survey to identify the most frequently reported symptoms of long COVID among various patients. There are 3762 respondents from 56 countries/regions. The age of patients varies greatly, including males, females and non-binary individuals. All have experienced prolonged COVID, and 96% of respondents reported symptoms lasting more than 90 days.

Researchers found that there are three main symptoms, which are both the most common symptoms and the most common symptoms six months after exposure. These people feel tired or tired, suffer from PEM and experience cognitive dysfunction.
