Grounded celebrates the 5 million player milestone with a new update

Grounded developer Obsidian Entertainment entered the Xbox Wire blog and announced a new milestone for the game: Now, more than 5 million players have enjoyed this backyard exploration journey.

To celebrate this new achievement, Obsidian released the biggest update of Grounded for the first time and added a brand new biome for you to explore. Welcome to the Koi Pond.

The Koi Pond allows players to jump into the pool in the backyard, where the pool is parked on the ground (remember, you have shrunk to the size of an ant). You will meet diving bell spiders, they will play in the water, and it is simply frightening.

But this is not all. You will also inspect the koi fish intimately and make new items to ensure your continued survival in the pond. These include Gill Tube rebreathers, Bone Trident and Slime Lantern and various other items.

7;t had it for a while, or if it’s still your first try, now is a good time. Grounded has been optimized for Xbox Series X and Series X. It is also available for free via Xbox Game Pass, so subscribers can download it at will. With the advent of Xbox Series X, it has now entered the next generation era, which is a great title.
