Over the years, there have been some cruel, cruel losses to be written. It feels like we have seized all the excuses in the book and tried our best to reverse the situation in a positive manner, mainly by thinking about the potential long-term gains in the short-term losses.
Tonight is one of the most unforgivable losses I can remember.
The records of the Memphis Grizzlies are Ja Morant and Jar Jackson, and Justise Winslow. Minnesota is going all out tonight.
The Minnesota Timberwolves led by double digits in the second half of the game and somehow eliminated them.
The players will definitely be blamed (we will get there), but many coaching decisions at the end of the game raised questions.

Do you know who I am missing? Every PF Karl-Anthony Towns (PG-Karl-Anthony Towns) has played with a player who is not called Juancho Hernangomez.

Most importantly, it is regrettable that Ricky Rubio performed poorly in the second game in Minnesota. It is jaw-dropping, but there is actually no other way to express it.
Ryan Saunders may not think the performance of these two guys is unsatisfactory, but he will definitely make mistakes by continuing to use their abilities at critical moments.

Therefore, Ryan’s solution is to… put Ricky there and Juancho there?
What was he thinking about?

I just, I don’t know, man. That’s really frustrating.
In terms of its value, Ryan’s work here is not easy. I think that in Juancho’s position, the simple solution is to play Jarred Vanderbilt, but this does not solve their Rubio problem. I love what Vanderbilt has done so far, but do they trust him to play PF in a pinch? Or they still want to stay 4 hours with JO while Rubio is playing 1. This seems to be a difficult question to answer.
If you still have to play two non-shooters at the same time, I don’t think there will be any harm in launching the Russell / Beasley / Okogie / Vando / KAT lineup at this time, but it is not easy to choose.
After all, this is another frustrating loss. I will notice that Karl-Anthony Towns, D’Angelo Russell and Malik Beasley performed well. Hardly anyone else in Minnesota got it, that’s it.
In the second round of the baseball-style series against Memphis, the Timberwolves need to rebound on Friday.
