There are many sites on the Internet where you can compare the specifications of gadgets such as mobile phones, laptops, and cameras. But it is difficult to compare applications in the same way. However, Google is testing a feature in the Play Store and you can do this.
According to Android Police, if you have this feature, you will see a new comparison table below the notes on the app page. In the GIF obtained by the publication, this section shows the conflict between VLC and other players. These measures include ease of use, offline playback, projection, and listed controls for mutual evaluation of applications.
Currently, the Play Store only displays the names of similar applications under the application page.

This is a smart idea, because the comparison table allows you to check which players have specific features that you might be concerned about. In the case of VLC, it has the ability to stream or project.
Android Police pointed out that this feature is currently visible in the Play Store version 22.4.28, but only for certain users and certain applications. Since this is just a test, there is no guarantee that Google will launch the product for all users, but I certainly hope they do.
