Jay Ajayi apparently loves to party hard.
The ex-Dolphins who ran back were sued by the owner of a swanky Los Angeles house who claimed that Ajayi and his friends had destroyed his house.
That has the details:
"The 24-year-old is being sued by the owner of a sophisticated, 6,000-square-foot space above the famous Sunset Strip … where the RB and a friend stayed behind in February 5 days after Ajayi's death Super Bowl won. "
The owner claims he specifically told Ajayi not to hold any parties in his home.
Ajayi allegedly ignored this request and threw three of them. He "broke a table, scratched a few floors and violated the smoking ban rule" according to TMZ, who has seen the process.
The owner, who was not named in the TMZ report, told Ajayi that he owed $ 25,000 in fines.
" But when the owner confronted Jay on February 1
The owner named Security to start Ajayi from his property.
Ajayi's attitude was a major reason why the Dolphins exchanged him for the Eagles midway through his third NFL season. Miami shipped him to Philadelphia, where he helped the Eagles win the Super Bowl.
