If Matt Canada is not Pittsburgh’s next offensive coordinator, he may find this job elsewhere. According to multiple reports, it is reported that the Miami Dolphins will interview him about their vacant Superman job.

It is believed that the Dolphins are carefully examining the OC of Steelers QBs coach Matt Canada. Canada negotiated with Miami last year and was acquitted in Pittsburgh.

Before the 2020 season, Canada was hired as the quarterback coach of the Steelers. This is his first NFL job after serving as college offensive coordinator several times at Pitt, Louisiana State University (LSU), North Carolina State University (North State) and Maryland (Maryland).
The influence of Canada on Pittsburgh’s offense is obvious. Their speed soared to the top ten, and his coaching seems to have had a positive effect on Mason Rudolph, who has improved in his only 2020 season.
Pairing Canada with Tua Tagovailoa would be a logical move for the organization. On Thursday, the Steelers announced that they would part ways with OC Randy Fichtner. OC Randy Fichtner has held this position since 2018. Canada is expected to replace Fichtner, although the team may also hire outsiders.
