Coronavirus: Non-residents who are vaccinated will receive a certificate within 10 days

The representative of the Ministry of Health told Israel that individuals who have been vaccinated in Israel but have not become one of the country’s health care providers can download their vaccination certificate within 10 days Jerusalem Post.
In an extensive vaccination campaign, Israel allows people who do not have access to health care to be vaccinated with the virus, including those who are Israeli nationals but not residents.
“I made aliyah in 1997, but for work reasons, I have been commuting between Israel and the United States,” the 63-year-old man who had trouble getting the certificate told The Post. “For many years, I have been a member of the Maccabi Health Fund. I was not told until 201
5 that I was no longer considered a resident because I had traveled abroad for more than 185 days and I had no problems with this.”
He said: “Before the pandemic, this is not a problem.” “My American insurance will be insured in the United States, and emergency insurance will be provided for me here. After Israel started vaccination, I tried to arrange an appointment, even though I was a citizen, And all four of my children have fought in this country, but they wouldn’t let me do it.”
In the end he did manage to vaccinate-“I am very grateful for that,” he said-and another legend of obtaining a certificate soon appeared.
From Sunday to at least two weeks, the vaccination certificate allows people to use the same facilities reserved for “green passport” holders, including hotels, stadiums, and cultural and sporting events.

The Ministry of Health stated that it is solving some technical problems and is expected to provide solutions for non-residents within 10 days. It said that foreign workers will also be able to obtain their vaccination certificates within 10 days.
