CNN host Jake Tapper said on Sunday that he would not book Trump insiders, such as White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany and Trump campaign senior adviser Jason Miller (Jason Miller), because there is no “value”
On CNN’s “reliable sources”, Tapper was asked to cover the challenges of the Trump administration, especially whether he felt “diminishing returns” because he “did not get the truth.”
Tapper said: “Some people there are so mean, I just don’t want them to broadcast.” He specifically appointed people like McEnany and Miller.
Tapper told host Brian Stelter: “These people are telling lies that most people breathe.”
He later added that McEnany had been lying and she could not admit reality. I just don’t want to broadcast such people.
McEnany responded on Twitter, saying that Tapper’s comments were “a cure for network disruption” and that Tapper was “lazy enough to spread unfounded attacks through unfounded human attacks.”
She said: “Jack’s real problem is: I don’t leak. I don’t lie. But I do speak out about the lies of the media (that is, CNN Russia collusion!).”
