According to CBS News, U.S. Attorneys for the District of Columbia have launched an investigation into the FBI’s shooting and death of a 35-year-old Trump supporter, Ashli Babbitt. He was shot dead during the Capitol riot.
Video of the incident showed an unidentified policeman shooting and killing Babbitt because she appeared to be trying to climb through the broken window in the corridor of the U.S. Capitol building.
Air Force veteran Babbitt lives in Southern California but flies to the US capital to participate in a Trump rally.

CBS reported that U.S. Attorney Michael Sherwin also launched a homicide investigation into the death of Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick. He was “in contact with the demonstrators”
The Metropolitan Police Department is also investigating Sicknick’s death.
During the siege, three other people died due to a medical emergency.
The federal court has indicted at least 13 people for benefiting from fatal violations of the Capitol, which involved interstate threats to State Speaker Nancy Pelosi, violent entry into the Capitol, and wrongdoing. .

Another 40 people were charged in the High Court with illegal immigration, firearm violations and other crimes.
