The Chicago area and the entire state of Illinois are vaccinating health care workers.
As of the last week of December, the state has so far received 108,225 doses of Pfizer vaccine, of which 161,400 doses of Moderna vaccine have been shipped to Illinois. Officials said these figures do not include doses that have already been delivered to the city of Chicago.
