Borderlands 3 is about to be released on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. The next-generation game version has now reached an important milestone. The official Borderlands Twitter account has announced that the game has been certified by both systems, which actually means that it has won a gold medal.
Game owners on PS4 or Xbox One will be able to upgrade for free in the same console series. Therefore, by default, the game will not be bundled with DLC-you need to purchase it separately.
These versions of the game will run at 4K/60fps and support four-player split-screen multiplayer games. The game also has a pass for the second season, so there will be a lot of content updates to keep the game state.
Gearbox previously announced Borderlands 3 as the launch game for two next-generation systems, but in 2020, there is really nothing to be sure about-so it̵
Xbox Series X will be available on November 10th, and PS5 will be promoted globally on November 12th. From day one, Borderlands 3 will be available on both systems.
Borderlands 3 scored 8/10 in GameSpot’s review.
