Backward compatibility for Xbox series X is lost Kinect only games

Every non-Kinect Xbox One game is attractive

Backward compatibility is the focus of Microsoft and Sony entering the new generation of game consoles. Sony came out a few weeks ago and confirmed that only 10 games can not achieve the transition from PS4 to PS5. This is a very acceptable percentage. Xbox has similar results, but has more constraints caused by peripherals.

Xbox Program Management Director Jason Ronald has confirmed that every Xbox One game that does not require Kinect, and every backward compatible game on the original Xbox and Xbox 360 that does not require Kinect can be played on Xbox Series S/X:

However, outdated motion tracking cameras (hidden deep in the closet) will lose something. For Kinect, this kind of text has been on the wall for a long time, and no one really expects Xbox Series X to support it. (Actually, Microsoft actually confirmed this in July.)

However, even if we have not clearly confirmed, but a long time ago, Microsoft stopped the prioritization and launch of Kinect. At the end of 201

7, it ceased the production of Kinect. In early 2018, Microsoft stopped producing the adapters required to use Kinect on any model of Xbox One after the original launch model. Kinect is dead, the new generation of Xbox has no interest in its resurrection.

However, let us focus on having money instead of having no money. It’s great that the entire previous generation has more or less transitioned to the new generation. Spreading a bunch of things two to three generations ago is even sweeter.
