Asus just revealed three The new Chromebook is part of the new CES laptop product line. Chromebook CX9 and Chromebook Flip CX5/C536 (depending on your market, with different names) are supported by new 11th generation Intel hardware, while Chromebook Flip CM5 uses 3000 series Ryzen chips.
Chromebook CX9 is oriented to work and corporate environments and uses a modern laptop-style design, including a 14-inch FHD (1080p) NanoEdge display and an ultra-light magnesium alloy frame that ASUS claims meets military testing standards. It is 16mm thick, weighs about 1kg, and has a fingerprint sensor.
If you need a high degree of color accuracy, you can use Pantone Validated multiple screens. CX9 also has two M.2 expansion slots, ASUS will configure it with up to 4TB of storage space, and you can also get enough RAM. It is also the only new model with a privacy shutter on the camera. Unfortunately, the release date and price are unknown.
Chromebook Flip CX5 / C536
Depending on the market you are in, Asus calls it CX5 or C536, but as far as we know, they are the same Chromebook.
The Chromebook Flip CX5 is equipped with a large 1
The configuration options are different, with 8 or 16GB of RAM and 128-512GB of storage. The 5.68-inch touchpad is also made of glass, and the key stroke of the keyboard is 1.4 mm.
Again, the pricing is unknown, and ASUS did not disclose when the pricing will actually be achieved.
Chromebook Flip CM5
For some reason, ASUS decided to give CM5 a little “game player” beauty and provide WASD keys with color blocks for all the games you play on your Chromebook.Maybe the only thing More What is useful in gaming laptops is the two-in-one design, so you can use the monster as a tablet.
I’m joking, but I guess some people who are serious about getting into Stadia might actually like these modifications. Other specifications of CM5 are slightly lower than some other newly released Chromebooks, with RAM options as low as 4GB, while the other two models no longer use eMMC-based storage.
This is also a Ryzen-powered device that makes it stand out in the product lineup, and we can’t wait to see how these new chips perform in Chromebooks. However, in terms of gaming, this may not be important. Stadia is a streaming service, and any excess on this side of the Internet connection will be redundant. However, good performance can help when playing titles locally (such as Android games that can be played on a Chromebook).
According to today’s ooooj, there is no word on when it will land or how much it will cost.
The Chromebook market is booming with Going to school is out of reach for many of us. They are one of the cheapest and easiest ways to connect the screen and keyboard, and although they may not be very exciting, they still exist. ASUS’ new product line has many substantial changes in specifications, and we will look forward to studying them once they are materialized-as long as they are finally realized.
