It’s hard to believe that Matt and Amy Roloff lived on the Roloff Farm for thirty years. The couple raised four children on the farm, which are unique in every season. Low bandwidth. That’s it now, but their fans also love this farm. Every year, Matt and Amy open their land to the public to welcome the pumpkin season.

As early as July 2020, Amy posted a video on YouTube about the origins of Roloff Farms. “We decided to move to Oregon,” Amy explained. “We bought a 21-acre farm, and I chose to be a full-time mother to raise our family.” Amy continued, explaining how she and Matt “added an additional 12 acres” of land. Years later, the couple bought “75 acres of farm property right next to them, 108 acres in total”, which belonged to them.

In the end, Amy finally sold half of his Rolov farm to Matt for more than $600,000.

It took a few months for Amy to move all her belongings out of Rolov’s farm. In the fifth episode of season 21, Matt comes to the farmhouse to check Amy’s progress. Then they started discussing the possibility of their son Zach Roloff taking over Amy’s home.

“This is a good house,” Matt explained.

“Yes,” Amy added. “This is a great house. This is a great place to raise children and everything.”

Matt then explained that the house “expanded as the family needed more space.” That’s when Amy raised the number of changes they made in the home. They carried out a total of four modifications.

“The first one was before we moved in,” Matt recalled. Then he told from the beginning that the camera used to build the farmhouse was “labor of love.”

He added: “As the family grows, we continue to expand the size of this house to make it more suitable for the family.” “All these renovations have been so crazy over the years. This house has indeed become the center of the family.” Even after a difficult period, I think everyone will remember this house with very good memories. “

Amy said that Matt did not give much “sympathy” to his actions.

While talking to Amy, Matt mentioned his current plans on the farm-it seems that she is still upset about everything going down. Amy knows that Matt is eager to find a new place to live and move out of the farm.

“I personally don’t feel that I feel sympathy for the whole year of last year, so I decided to move and find a suitable house,” Amy told the camera. Then she explained that although she was running around, she found that Matt still had no specific plan on how to deal with the farmhouse, which was “ironically”.

“For years, maybe I didn’t use the correct words,” Matt said to the camera. “It makes me feel sad.”

Now that Amy is fully focused on her new place, we will be very interested to see the development of Roloff Farms.
