Alabama COVID vaccine hotline, hospital telephone switchboard was hit

The telephone switchboards of hospitals in the state are being overwhelmed by people requesting vaccinations, but ADPH said these hospitals are not places to call, and in doing so, callers “are creating obstacles to patient care.”
