A Mumbai court has asked the police to investigate the allegations against Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel, alleging that they tried to create tension in the community through tweets.

The 33-year-old responded to this on the Weibo website.

“Anyone is fasting Navratris? I also clicked on the picture from today’s celebration while I was fasting. At the same time, another FIR filed a lawsuit against me. Pappu sena in Maharashtra seemed to fascinate me. , Don’t miss me too much, I will be there soon, she tweeted.

However, Bandera Mayor Jaydeo Y Ghule passed the order on Friday.

Casting director Sahil Ashrafali Sayyed has filed a complaint in court, requesting it to target the actor and her sister under IPC Article 1

53A (Incitement to hatred), Article 295A (Malicious acts intended to provoke religious sentiment), and Article 124A (Incitement to rebellion). His lawyer Ravish Zamindar (Ravish Zamindar) said.

The complainant alleged that the actor had been slandering Bollywood in the past two months, calling it “nepotism” or “preferential m” through his tweets and television interviews.

In his complaint, he said that Ranaut made “very offensive” comments, which not only damaged his religious sentiment, but also damaged the feelings of many artists.

Sayyed said Ranaut has been trying to divide artists on public routes.

The complaint said: “Her sister also posted offensive comments on social media to spread community tensions between the two religious groups.”

After carefully reading the recorded documents and the lawyer’s statement, the court found that the defendant had committed an “identifiable crime.”

Then, it instructed the relevant police department to take necessary actions and investigations against the actor and his sister in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law (CrPC).

The court said: “The overall allegation is based on comments on electronic media-Twitter and interviews-and a thorough investigation by experts is necessary.”
