Wednesday’s “AEW Explosives” (Blood & Guts) version of AEW Explosives broke the sight of 1 million viewers, and ranked first in the ratings of the night in the main demo program.
Last night’s explosives were defeated by The Pinnacle in The Inner Circle in AEW’s first “Blood and Gallbladder” match. The show attracted an average of 1.09 million viewers on TNT, an average increase of 22.6% from the 889,000 viewers last week. Last week’s explosives were opposed by President Joe Biden’s speech in Congress.
In the 18-49 demonstration last night, explosives received a score of 0.42. Compared with last week’s 0.33 rating, this is an increase of 27.3%.
Dynamite took the lead before the second part of MTV’s “Challenge: Two Agents Gathering”
This is the first time “Explosives” breaks through the cable night in the history of the show. This is the second best ratings of Dynamite in the 18-49 demo in 2021. The show received 0.44 ratings on April 14, which is the first episode since NXT moved to Tuesday night.
Here is how the explosives performed in each demo category compared to last week:
- 18-49 people: 0.42 (up 27.3%)
- Women aged 18-49; 0.27 (up 17.4%)
- Males 18-49 years old: 0.58 (up 34.9%)
- People aged 18-34; 0.19 (up 18.7%)
- Women aged 12-34: 0.10 (down 23.1%)
- 12-34 years old male: 0.22 (up 69.2%)
- People aged 25-54: 0.50 (up 31.6%)
- People over 50: 0.43 (up 16.2%)
Compared with the same period last year, the number of viewers of Explosives increased by 49%, increased by 50% in the demonstrations of 18-49, and 11.8% in the demonstrations of 18-34.
